Questions

Asked Before
Every Pilot

How long does setup take?

Most Core installations go live within one to two weeks of the first call. Growth systems with reactivation campaigns and WhatsApp/SMS typically take two to three. Your time investment is usually under two hours in total — we build around your existing setup, not on top of your diary.

Will it work with the CRM and tools we already use?

Yes — that's the design principle. We plug into whatever you already run rather than asking you to migrate. If your current system has a way in, we connect to it; if you run your diary from a standard calendar, that works too.

What happens at the end of the free pilot?

You decide. If the system has earned its place, we agree a tier and it simply keeps running — nothing gets rebuilt. If it hasn't, we switch it off and part ways. There's no fee for the pilot and no obligation either way.

What if the AI says something wrong to a customer?

The system is scoped before it goes live: it answers within the boundaries we agree with you, in your tone, and hands anything unusual to a human rather than guessing. During the pilot you see every conversation it has, so nothing runs unsupervised until you trust it.

Do we lose the system if we cancel?

You keep your data — every enquiry, conversation, and booking lives in your CRM and calendar, which are yours. The automation itself is what we build, run, and maintain; it stops when the engagement stops, with 30 days' written notice after the initial three months.

Which industries do you work with?

Any premium service business where the first answer usually wins the deal — estate agency, cleaning, logistics, trades, and similar high-ticket, relationship-driven operations. If slow response is costing you jobs, the industry label matters less than the dynamic.
