Policy
Last updated: August 2026. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
Araventis ("we", "us") operates araventis.com. For anything relating to your data, contact alex@araventis.com.
What we collect and why
Booking a call. Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter (name, email, and anything you add) to schedule the call, and shares them with us so we can hold it. Calendly processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Requesting the pilot brief. If you submit your email address through our website form, it is processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and used solely to send you the material you requested and, where relevant, to follow up about it.
Emailing us. If you email us directly, we hold your correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Hosting. The site is hosted on Netlify, which may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, share it with third parties for their marketing, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
Legal basis and your rights
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you book a call or request material) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these, email alex@araventis.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Retention
We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or engagement, and delete it on request.
