Work

Three Real
Engagements

Three businesses, three unrelated industries, one shared dynamic: the first answer wins. Client names are withheld — the work speaks in what the systems do.

Case 01 — Independent estate agency · Essex · single branch

The Enquiry That
Didn't Wait

The Situation

Enquiries came in around the clock — evenings, weekends, late nights. The team could only respond in office hours, so anything after 5pm waited. In a market where buyers contact several agents at once, waiting is losing.

What We Built

An AI system that responds to every enquiry within a minute, qualifies it, and books viewings or valuations automatically — no human watching the inbox, no enquiry sitting unanswered.

The Difference

Every enquiry gets answered immediately, whatever the hour. The deal that would have waited two days now doesn't wait at all — and the branch's first reply is always the first reply the enquirer receives.

One weekend evening,
well after closing

Sat · Late Evening

A homeowner submits a valuation request — hours after every office in town has gone dark. On any other week, it joins Monday's pile.

Within a Minute

The system answers. It confirms the property details, asks the questions a good negotiator would, and qualifies the enquiry — politely, immediately.

Same Night

A valuation appointment is offered, chosen, booked, and confirmed to both sides — before the enquirer has had a reason to try anyone else.

Monday Morning

Booked before anyone
was back at their desk

The team opened the diary to a confirmed valuation they never had to chase. That's the entire pitch in one moment.

Under 60 Seconds Every enquiry answered, day or night
Always On No enquiry waits for office hours
Automatic Booking Viewings and valuations booked without back-and-forth
Case 02 — Regional cleaning services operator

A Diary That
Checks Itself

The Situation

Bookings came in by phone and text. Fitting a new job into the week meant checking the diary from memory and hoping the travel time between jobs actually worked out. It didn't always.

What We Built

A booking system that checks the real calendar before confirming anything — not just whether a time is free, but whether the travel from the job before it, and to the one after it, actually makes sense. It works out each day's route for the least wasted time and mileage.

The Difference

Nobody works out the day's route on the fly anymore. No more slots that looked fine on paper and fell apart once the drive was factored in. Every job booked is one that actually fits the day.

Automated Booking and calendar checks
Route-Aware Travel time factored into every slot
Zero Guesswork No more manual diary juggling
Every Job Slotted for the most efficient day
Case 03 — Logistics operation · grown from a van-based business

Rebuilt From
Enquiry to Delivery

The Situation

What began as a straightforward man-and-van operation grew into white-glove logistics — the kind of moves where a scratch on a wardrobe or a missing box actually matters, not just getting from A to B. The systems hadn't grown with it.

What We Built

The operation rebuilt end to end: a CRM tracking every job from enquiry through to delivery, systems for jobs coming in and going out, stock tracking for what's loaded and delivered, route planning across multi-stop jobs, and load planning so vans are packed to protect higher-value items without wasting the round trip.

The Difference

Nothing goes on a van without being logged. Routes are planned the night before, not worked out standing at the depot gate. Vans get loaded to a plan, not to whatever fits first.

End-to-End One system from first enquiry to final delivery
Logged Every item tracked pickup to delivery
Planned Routes Multi-stop jobs mapped in advance
Optimised Loads Vans packed by plan, not guesswork

These are real engagements, not composites, and we haven't published invented statistics. Client names are withheld by request — what's shown here is what the systems actually do.
